Havening
As a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner, I use Havening Techniques® to enable you to release any negative thoughts about past events. Havening sensory touch enables you to witness your emotions without any impact, giving you the confidence to break free from past events and look at life from a different perspective. It is a gentle and effective process that delivers rapid changes that last for a lifetime. Havening has been developed based on advances in neuroscience into new methods of healing.

NLP
My skills as a Master NLP Practitioner enable me to intuitively guide you to uncover unhelpful past events. NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) is about how you process information and experience the world. Sometimes the way you see things isn’t always helpful, so we need to replace any negative thoughts you hold with more positive behaviours. NLP is often used in conjunction with Havening Therapy to help rationalise situations and talk through personal challenges.
Nutrition
Many people find the stresses of the past have impacted their weight, and my qualifications as a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach also enable me to guide you to eat healthily.
PN is one of the world’s leading authorities of healthy eating. Their model is not about restricting foods, but about building healthy choices, and forming new habits that will serve you for a lifetime.

For some people, a single personal coaching session is all that is needed to heal something from the past. For others, a series of sessions over several weeks will heal deep routed problems, and together we will create a personal guidance plan for your future.
Coaching is delivered on-line via computer, tablet or phone. If you live close-by, coaching can be delivered in a face-to-face environment.
Helping clients to achieve change is about uncovering the issues that may have been causing imbalance in the mind and body over a period of time.
Using Havening Therapy®, together with NLP, we can erase the unhelpful thoughts and trauma’s, steadily introducing new behaviours that help you move away from your current health situation into a much happier and healthier state.
What You Can Expect in a Coaching Session
Your previous personal challenges require understanding, kindness and the skills of an experienced coach who is willing to listen, and help you deal with events from the past, with gentleness and compassion. My work with clients is based on the following:
- Empathy – skilful coaching is the ability to understand what you are experiencing.
- Reassurance – the ability to ‘box-off’ the past traumatic/upsetting experience, in order to create a ‘safe-haven’. This is where we can painlessly explore unhelpful responses to the past and remove the impact of them.
- Listening – creating an environment where you feel safe and heard.
- Setting Boundaries – providing appropriate parameters which create a foundation in order to achieve therapeutic success.
- Authenticity – feeling comfortable in order to be able to express yourself.
- Unconditional Positive Regard – listening to you in a non-judgemental and caring capacity.
- Open and Honest Communication – feeling comfortable that you are being heard.
- Interpretation and Understanding – having an open mind and an intuitive approach.
- Solution Collaboration – encouraging you to determine personal solutions but offering a collaborative approach when needed.
